Title: Solving streaming platform problems as claims problems
Abstract: This paper solves streaming platform problems by associating them with claims<br/>problems and applying a corresponding claims rule. We study to what extent these<br/>streaming platform rules induced by claims rules satisfy desirable properties. For each desirable property, we determine whether it is satisfied by all induced streaming platform rules, whether it is inherited from properties of the underlying claims rules, or whether it is not satisfied by any streaming platform rule induced by a claims rule. We focus on elementary properties, invariance properties, monotonicity properties, and stability properties.
